Close to the village of Mouleydier with all the amenities you will need on a daily basis and only 15 minutes from the main old town of Bergerac.Supermarkets are also within easy reach.

The house is ideally positioned for exploring this popular area of the Perigord, famous for it's excellent cuisine and fine wines. Old Bergerac is thronged with street restaurants.
The area is well known for it's delightful villages, castles and pre-historic sites. There is just so much of real interest on the doorstep.
Above all this house must have one of the finest positions in the Dordogne.
Golfers have a choice of four courses within reach of the house.
There is a par 27 course at Sadillac, an interesting 9 hole course at Tombaboeuf, 9 hole course at Chateau Les Merles and a top class 27 hole complex at Château des Vigiers. There are over 140 vineyards in the vicinity to explore.
Fishermen are able to obtain a permit in Mouleydier and relax fishing the Dordogne River on the doorstep.
There are also many cycling and walking routes very close by.
"River Villa" is only 10 minutes from Bergerac International Airport.
